XMETECH will be committed to marketing and sales of EPCM Services and Technology Management to non-subsidiaries of Korea Zinc and overseas companies. I will dedicate myself to have XMETECH to furnish its clients with the world-best service based on cumulated technology, process know-how and excellent project execution experiences in the field of non-ferrous refining that are verified and realized in Korea Zinc Company for the past 30 years. This knowledge and experience will be reflected in the services provided by XMETECH.

On the other hand, I will also remain at my position of chairman and CEO of the existing KZ Engineering corporation, which will take complete charge of engineering and technology to Korea Zinc Company and its subsidiaries only, while all other business rights and duties with non-subsidiaries and overseas clients will be transferred to the XMETECH Corp. I believe differentiating the client base in this manner will provide clients with specialized, efficient and exceptional services tailored to their individual needs and time frames.
